Honouring service and sacrifice with the motorcycling community.
This November, Mallory Motorcycles invites our customers, fellow riders and friends to take a moment to remember those who served and sacrificed. Remembrance Sunday falls on 8 November 2026, followed by Armistice Day on Wednesday 11 November.
For our motorcycling community, it is an opportunity to come together in gratitude, reflect on the human cost of conflict and support the Armed Forces community through the work of the Royal British Legion.

Why Remembrance Matters to Mallory Motorcycles
Motorcycling brings people together from different backgrounds and generations. A shared interest in bikes can start a conversation, build a friendship and create a sense of belonging. November gives that community a reason to pause together.
Behind every act of Remembrance are individual lives, families and stories. Some people remember a relative; others think of friends, colleagues or people they never had the chance to meet. Whatever our personal connection, we can make space for reflection and recognise the sacrifices of others.
At Mallory Motorcycles, we encourage our community to mark Remembrance in a way that is meaningful to them, whether by wearing a poppy, attending a local service or making a donation.
When Is Remembrance Sunday in 2026?
Remembrance Sunday is on Sunday 8 November 2026. It is a national occasion to honour service and sacrifice, with commemorations taking place in communities across the country.
The National Service of Remembrance takes place at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London. Local services also offer an opportunity to gather closer to home and remember together.
Visit the Royal British Legion’s Remembrance Sunday page for information about the national commemorations. Check your local council or event organiser’s announcements for nearby service times and arrangements.
Armistice Day 2026: Pause at 11am on 11 November
Armistice Day falls on Wednesday 11 November 2026. The Two Minute Silence is observed at 11am, marking the anniversary of the Armistice that brought an end to fighting in the First World War in 1918.
A short pause can be a powerful act of respect. Whether you are at home, at work or out for the day, it offers time to reflect on those whose lives were changed or lost through conflict.
If you will be travelling by motorcycle, plan ahead and find a safe, permitted place to park before taking part. Read more about the Royal British Legion’s Two Minute Silence.

How Riders Can Support Remembrance This November
Support the Poppy Appeal 2026
The Poppy Appeal raises funds for the Royal British Legion’s work with serving personnel, veterans and their families. If you would like to contribute, visit the official Poppy Appeal page to explore ways to help.
Wearing a poppy is a personal choice and a familiar expression of Remembrance. Giving directly through official channels is another way to turn your support into practical help.
Attend a Local Remembrance Service
Look for a service organised by your local community, council or Royal British Legion branch. Check the arrangements before setting off, allow time to park and be considerate of road closures, processions and people gathering on foot.
If you arrive by motorcycle, switch off your engine before the ceremony and respect the quiet of the occasion.
Make Time for a Conversation
Remembrance can begin with listening. A family photograph, a name on a memorial or a story shared over a cup of tea can help connect generations. Give people space to share their experiences if they wish, and take time to understand what November means to them.
Supporting the Armed Forces Community Beyond November
The Royal British Legion’s work continues throughout the year. Its support includes help with financial hardship, bereavement and challenges affecting serving personnel, veterans and their families.
Remembrance offers a moment to look back, while supporting the charity helps people facing difficulties today. Visit the Royal British Legion website to learn about its work, donate or find support.
Join Mallory Motorcycles in Taking a Moment to Remember
As Remembrance Sunday and Armistice Day approach, we invite everyone in the Mallory Motorcycles community to make time for reflection.
Wear a poppy if you choose. Support the Poppy Appeal if you can. Attend a service, listen to a story or simply pause in silence. Each offers a way to recognise the people behind the history and keep their memory present.
This November 2026, let us come together with respect, gratitude and compassion.
We will remember them.
