Frequently Asked Questions
We will always make payment on collection of your motorcycle. This will be done by bank transfer and our driver will not leave until payment has been received.
As a minimum we will need you to have the full V5 registration document in your name and address.
If you have a owners manual / service book these will be required (and they might increase our valuation)
If you would like to keep your plate, you will need to move it to another vehicle or onto retension. This can be done on the DVLA website.
You will need to wait for a new V5 registration document to be sent to you before we would be able to purchase the bike.
If you do not want to keep the registration plate we are more than happy to accept it with the plate that is currently allocated.
If you do not have a current MOT this should not be an issue and we will discuss it with you at the time of preparing our valuation.
No, we offer free UK collection as standard with all of the bikes we purchase.
Yes, we will work with your finance company to obtain a settlement figure.
Your outstanding finance will be cleared during our purchase process.
Not an issue. We regularly purchase individual motorcycles as well as bulk collections – this can also include business motorcycle fleets.
This really depends on the bike itself. As a bare minimum we need to bike to be registered with the DVLA and have a UK number plate.
